It was a good agency with 5 stars out of 5 until Polish women started managing it (December 2022 the problems started). Since then it is impossible to communicate with the agency, they reject potential employees, lie, do not call back despite the promises to call. Which makes it difficult to get in touch with Niels the only valuable employee of the agency. In its current state I do not recommend it.

I had contact with flex for the first time over a year ago. It started very enthusiastically, but blossomed a bit. I had a different employee on the phone each time. Explaining the situation again and again. I reported it then. Now, a year later, I do have a permanent contact person. Works much more pleasantly, and you now know immediately what is going on and what is needed. Experience now is very involved, and they respond quickly. You cannot offer what is not there! But they are serious and involved in finding a suitable job. GREAT👍👍.

At first it all seemed great and good, payments on time etc. No negative points there either, but when I didn't want to do a job that was offered, they immediately said goodbye and said that they couldn't do anything for you anymore, while there are a lot of vacancies on their site, but then they are all suddenly filled, very strange. It all seems nice if you do what is asked, but don't refuse a job then it's over for them, very unfortunate.
