As an industrial sprayer, you ensure that metal constructions have a sleek appearance, but are also resistant to external influences. You are responsible for pre-treating surfaces to the precise spraying of coatings and gloss lacquers. Your craftsmanship has a great influence on the quality of the end product. And you do not work alone, but in a close-knit team in which cooperation is also very important.

In this position you will work in a two-shift system. The working hours are from 06:00 to 14:45 and from 14:45 to 23:30. There is a lot of variety and no day is the same. Good cooperation with your colleagues is important, but you will also be given a lot of space to work independently and to shape your work in your own way. If you show initiative, this will certainly be appreciated. In fact, for this position we are specifically looking for people who dare to show initiative. You contribute to the production of metal constructions that are used throughout Europe. These constructions look good thanks to you.
What do you do as an Industrial Sprayer?
As an Industrial Sprayer, you have various tasks. First, you prepare the metal structures for spraying. You provide the structures with coatings, 2-component paint and gloss paint. Where necessary, you carry out repairs and ensure that everything is in good condition. You help to monitor quality and safety and ensure that your workplace and tools remain clean and in good condition.
What do you have to offer?
We are looking for someone who has experience with paint spraying equipment, including 2-component and electrostatic spraying. You are able to work safely according to the health and safety and environmental regulations. In addition, you are independent, flexible and have a great sense of responsibility. Do you have experience with spraying constructions, chassis or in the automotive sector? Then you score bonus points!
What do you get in return?
In exchange for your expertise and work, you will receive an attractive monthly salary between €2.998,60 and €3.470,06 gross, including 16% shift allowance. In addition, you will receive a daily dust allowance of €9,10, and every four weeks you will receive an additional spray/blasting allowance of €182.
