We are looking for a versatile Corporate Recruiter FlexToday who is responsible for filling internal and external vacancies, with a focus on large corporate clients. You combine recruitment, marketing and project management to attract and retain the right candidates.

As a Corporate Recruiter at FlexToday you fulfill a key role within the company by being responsible for both internal and external vacancies, with a focus on our large corporate clients. You are a versatile professional who works as a recruiter, marketer and project leader in one. With your expertise, you know how to manage the recruitment process effectively, so that the right candidates are recruited in a timely manner and in the right numbers to meet staffing needs.

What makes this role versatile is the ability to excel in implementing improvements and setting up new projects in addition to filling vacancies. This includes initiatives such as Employer Branding, Job Marketing and Campus Recruitment. In addition to filling vacancies, your duties as a Corporate Recruiter also include maintaining, expanding and managing external contacts, such as training institutes, recruitment and selection agencies and job boards. You draw up the annual recruitment plan and contribute to the employer branding process. In addition, you analyze existing recruitment processes and offer advice to management to improve these processes. Providing various reports is also one of your responsibilities to monitor the progress and results of the recruitment policy.

Your tasks include:

  • Being responsible for both internal and external vacancies, where as a Corporate Recruiter you act as a recruiter, marketer and project leader to fill the right personnel needs in a timely and qualitative manner.
  • Seize opportunities for improvements and setting up new projects in areas such as Employer Branding, Job Marketing and Campus Recruitment, so that you not only fill vacancies but also actively contribute to the development and growth of the organization.
  • Maintaining and developing external contacts with training institutes, job boards and recruitment and selection agencies, while you are responsible for drawing up the annual recruitment plan and analyzing and improving the current recruitment process to monitor and optimize progress.

What do we expect from you as a corporate recruiter?

We expect you to:

  • Have gained experience as an intermediary or have completed a similar commercial training course;

  • Have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
  • Can work with programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Open to learning new things, as we work with different programs, such as a recruitment performance platform.
