We are looking for a Front Office Employee who, as the first point of contact for drivers and customers, ensures efficient handling of requests and a smooth running of daily processes. About this position

As a Front Office employee, you are the first point of contact for drivers and customers, ensuring efficient handling of their requests. You work closely with the customer service team and liaise with Operations to ensure that freight is prepared on time and correctly for the customer. You report directly to the team leader and contribute to the smooth running of daily operational processes.

Your main tasks include drawing up loading and unloading orders, as well as VAL orders, which you process carefully. In addition, you are responsible for creating work orders for the customer and checking the correct customs documents. Accuracy and efficiency are essential here, as you ensure the correct papers and information for the drivers and customers.

With your communication skills and customer-oriented approach, you play a crucial role in customer contact. You ensure that customers and drivers always have the right documents, which contributes to a streamlined and flawless operation. In this position, you have a lot of responsibility and you work in a dynamic and informal work environment where teamwork and proactivity are paramount.

Your tasks include:

  • You prepare loading and unloading orders, as well as VAL orders, and ensure that they are processed carefully.
  • You create work orders for customers and check whether all required customs documents are correct.
  • By working closely with the customer service team and Operations, you ensure that shipments are prepared on time and correctly for the customer.
  • You act as the first point of contact for drivers and customers and ensure that they always receive the correct documents and information.

As a front office employee we offer you:

  • An attractive gross monthly salary between € 2.924,08 and € 3.260 including 12,5% ​​shift allowance, depending on your knowledge and experience;
  • Working in a 2-shift system, where you work from 06:00 – 14:30 and 14:30 – 23:00;
