We are looking for a driven intermediary FlexToday, where you play a crucial role in connecting industrial and technical personnel with clients. With your professionalism and enthusiasm you contribute to the success of our team.

About this position

As an intermediary at FlexToday you are the linchpin in the web of temporary employment and secondment of (international) industrial and technical personnel. Your daily activities include a wide range of tasks, ranging from maintaining contacts with clients and candidates to selecting, interviewing and screening new suitable candidates, even abroad. You are constantly expanding our network, actively looking for the perfect match between candidates and clients.

An important part of your role is proactively introducing selected candidates to clients and prospects, informing them not only about the work, but also about any safety instructions. You are also responsible for arranging and organizing various training courses for our employees, so that they are optimally prepared for their tasks. Your duties also include some administrative tasks, where you attach great importance to accuracy and efficiency.

In addition to your operational tasks, you are actively maintaining and expanding our presence on social networks such as LinkedIn and we work with several job boards. You also contribute to the visibility of FlexToday and our ability to attract top candidates. This is very important to us and is also reflected in our Google Reviews. You fulfill this dynamic role with a combination of professionalism and enthusiasm, taking on new challenges and achieving successes every day.

Your tasks include:

• Maintaining contacts with current clients and candidates, to strengthen relationships and identify needs.
• Selecting, interviewing and screening new suitable candidates, including international recruitment, to meet client requirements.
• Expanding the network by actively searching and selecting potential candidates, to have a wide range of talents available.
• Proactively introducing selected candidates to clients and prospects, to meet their staffing needs and create opportunities for candidates.
• Instructing placed candidates about their work and any safety instructions, to promote smooth integration into the workplace.
• Support all weekly administrative processing, including keeping track of hours, contracts and other documentation, to ensure smooth processing.

• An attractive salary between € 2.500 and € 3.400 gross per month, depending on experience;

What do we expect from you as an intermediary?

We expect you to:

• Have gained experience as an intermediary or have completed a similar commercial training course;
• Have strong communication skills, want to perform and get the best out of yourself;
• Have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
• Can work with programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Open to learning new things, as we work with different programs, such as a recruitment performance platform.
