Cooperating Foreman Nijmegen

For a very nice client in the region Nijmegen and the surrounding area, we are looking for a cooperative foreman in the food industry. As a cooperating foreman, are you accurate, structured and performing under pressure is no problem for you? Then you are the perfect cooperative foreman!

The function

As a cooperating foreman, you manage the production employees and ensure the timely availability of the product in the right quality and quantity. A general task is to carry out all occurring activities after instructions from the Process Engineer, Pilot or Production Planner. You are also responsible for:

• Planning of raw materials and production;
• Managing the staff;
• Keeping track of stock;
• Checking hygiene;
• The backup function of a production planner;
• Communication with the sales department and other departments involved;
• Monitor safety within the Packaging Department;
• Provide the correct information to the band leaders and employees.
