Operator in Apeldoorn

We are looking for an Operator in Apeldoorn for the production of high-quality products with a mix of artisanal and industrial techniques. Do you like to work independently and accurately, and do you like to think about process improvements? Then we are looking for you!

About this position

As an Operator, you are responsible for producing high-quality paint and pastels. This is done through a combination of artisanal and industrial techniques, where quality always comes first. Your tasks include dosing raw materials, mixing, dispersing and grinding materials, and performing quality controls. The process is dynamic and varied, allowing you to work independently and accurately. You also have room to proactively think about improvements in production and sustainability.

In addition to the production process, you will perform first-line maintenance, such as cleaning equipment and minor repairs. You will work closely with colleagues in a compact and stable team of approximately 30 operators. Regular quality measurements, such as color and fineness checks, are also part of your daily work. The team encourages a positive attitude and independence, while the organization supports you with an internal training program to further develop your skills, such as obtaining an Operator A diploma.

Your tasks include:

• You ensure the supply and accurate dosing of raw materials, after which you mix, disperse and grind them to produce paint and pastel products.
• During the production process, you regularly perform quality measurements, including color and fineness checks, to ensure that each product meets the set standards.
• You perform first-line maintenance by keeping equipment clean and carrying out minor repairs, and you support the team with larger maintenance activities.
• By proactively thinking about improvements in the production process, you contribute to efficiency and sustainability within production.

• An attractive gross monthly salary starting from € 3.220,25 including 14% shift allowance;

• You can work independently and have a positive attitude;
• Mastery of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• Possess an Operator A diploma or are willing to obtain this internally;
• Have experience in a similar position or with using machines.
