For our valued customer Cuijk we are looking for a driven process operator who ensures that the machines run at full speed. Together with your team you will take on the challenge within an informal, ambitious and fast-growing organization.

About this feature

As a process operator Cuijk you get the opportunity to work at a very attractive company. You are responsible for the fully automated process, where you monitor and manage it, with the aim of ensuring that the process is interrupted and runs smoothly.

Moreover, you ensure that the quality of the product is guaranteed. It is essential that you actively think about process improvements and put them into practice.

When you transfer the task to a colleague, you ensure a smooth handover so that your colleague can continue seamlessly, keeping the process running uninterrupted. In addition, you are prepared to resolve any malfunctions quickly and efficiently.

Your tasks include:

• Making the fully automated process run smoothly;
• Resolving minor faults when they occur;
• Actively participate in the production process to identify and implement improvements;
• Strict adherence to procedures and safety regulations.

As a process operator we offer you:

• An attractive gross monthly salary between € 3.119 and € 3.553, including shift allowance, depending on your knowledge and experience;
• Working in 5 shifts with a shift allowance of 29,50%;

What do we expect from you as a process operator?

We expect you to:

• Have completed VAPRO A and/or B training;
• Have gained experience in a production environment or have completed a relevant training course;
• you have no problem working in the 5-shift system;
• Able to resolve malfunctions when necessary.
