Process operator Cuijk

We are looking for a process operator Cuijk who is responsible for an automated production process of high-quality potato products. You ensure efficient production and guarantee product quality, while you are also involved in identifying and implementing process improvements. About this position

As a process operator Cuijk you will get a challenging role within a very attractive company. You are responsible for the fully automated process, where you take control and management of the process to ensure uninterrupted and efficient production. In addition, you are closely involved in ensuring product quality, which is essential for delivering high-quality potato products to customers. You work on processing potatoes into various products such as fries, puree or slices, which are ultimately sold in stores.

In addition to your operational tasks, you play an important role in identifying and implementing process improvements. You are encouraged to actively think about ways to make the production process more efficient and effective, and then put these improvements into practice. By continuously striving for optimization, you contribute to the growth and development of the company and ensure that the process continues to meet the highest standards.

You work together with a team of colleagues to ensure that daily production activities run smoothly. Together you ensure that all operational objectives are achieved and that the production process functions optimally. With your proactive attitude and technical expertise, you make a valuable contribution to the success of the company and contribute to the delivery of high-quality potato products to customers.

Your tasks include:

• Controlling and managing the fully automated process to ensure continuous and efficient production.
• Guaranteeing product quality during the processing of potatoes into various products such as fries, puree or slices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to make the production process more efficient and effective, with a focus on maintaining high standards and driving growth and development within the company.

As a process operator we offer you:

• An attractive salary between € 2.700 and € 3.100, including shift allowance, gross per month, depending on experience;

What do we expect from you as a process operator?

We expect you to:

• Have gained experience in practice or have successfully completed a relevant course of study, such as a VAPRO A or B course;
• Can work in a quality-oriented manner according to working methods and procedures;
• Have an affinity with technology and enjoy learning more about it.
