About this position

As a production employee in the bustling area Wijchen you work on high-quality custom worksheets. During your first interview, your skills and preferences will be assessed so that you end up in the department that suits you best. This can vary from packing and cutting to other activities involved in the production of custom-made sheets.

You work with different materials such as wood, chipboard, Sima Core, laminate and plywood. If you already have experience with these materials, that is a plus. You work together with great colleagues in an informal and pleasant working atmosphere, which contributes to a pleasant working environment. Together with your team, you ensure that each worktop is of high quality and meets the customer's requirements.

Within a group of approximately 45 people, you are responsible for completing these high-quality worksheets correctly. At this company, the customer comes first, and quality and sustainability are important pillars. Together with your colleagues, you work every day to deliver products that meet the highest standards, thereby contributing to the success and reputation of the company.

Your tasks include:

• Working on the production of high-quality custom-made sheets, where your tasks vary from packaging and cutting to other production activities.
• Processing different materials such as wood, chipboard, Sima Core, laminate and plywood, where experience with these materials is a plus.
• Ensuring the high quality and accuracy of each worksheet to meet customer requirements.
• Working together with approximately 45 colleagues in an informal and pleasant working atmosphere, where you contribute to the quality and sustainability of the products and customer satisfaction.

• An attractive salary between € 2.371,15 and € 2.686 gross per month, depending on experience;

What do we expect from you as a production employee?

We expect you to:

• A completed MBO course in a relevant field of study or you have gained practical experience;
• Can work in a quality-oriented manner according to working methods and procedures;
• Having knowledge of materials such as wood, chipboard, Sima Core, laminate or plywood is an advantage, not a must.
