About this position

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are the linchpin between suppliers and customers. You ensure that freight is efficiently planned, coordinated and administratively processed. You work in a dynamic environment in which you must continuously think ahead and be able to switch quickly. Thanks to your sharp eye for market developments, you know exactly when there is under- or oversupply, and you adjust the planning accordingly. In doing so, you not only contribute to a smooth logistics process, but also to customer satisfaction and sustainability.

In this role, you are responsible for analyzing data, drawing up optimal schedules and maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders. You are accurate, customer-oriented and dare to make decisions, even when the pressure increases. In addition, you actively think about how processes can be organized more efficiently. Whether it concerns improving the lead time or optimizing transport flows: you think in solutions and take initiative.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and coordinating transports in an efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery and smooth administrative handling.
• Analyzing market developments and inventory levels to identify over- or undersupply and adjust planning accordingly.
• Maintaining close contact with internal and external parties, so that information is shared correctly and in a timely manner and expectations are managed.
• Taking the initiative to improve logistics processes, for example by optimizing transport flows or shortening lead times.
