About this position

As a Talent Sourcer you are part of the recruitment team and you are partly responsible for attracting and selecting suitable candidates for various positions. You play a crucial role in finding potential candidates by actively searching on job boards, social media and other online platforms. Using advanced search techniques, such as Boolean Search, you identify candidates who meet the requirements of the open vacancies. You build an extensive network of candidates for FlexToday, which is essential for successfully filling various vacancies.

An important part of your role as a Talent Sourcer is getting in touch with potential candidates and arousing their interest in the available vacancies at our clients. You conduct interviews with candidates and assess them based on various criteria, such as experience, skills and cultural fit. Through a careful selection procedure, you ensure that only the most suitable candidates are presented to our clients, which contributes to the success of their recruitment process.

As a Talent Sourcer at FlexToday you are continuously refining your sourcing strategies and finding innovative ways to attract high-quality candidates. You will work closely with the recruitment team to find and attract the right talent, thereby contributing to achieving the company's recruitment objectives. With your proactive approach and extensive knowledge of sourcing techniques, you play an essential role in the success of the recruitment process.

Your tasks include:

• Actively search for potential candidates on various platforms, such as job boards and social media, using advanced search techniques such as Boolean Search.
• Building an extensive network of candidates for FlexToday to successfully fill various vacancies.
• Connect with potential candidates, conduct interviews and assess them based on criteria such as experience, skills and cultural fit to present only the most suitable candidates to clients.
• Continuously refining sourcing strategies and finding innovative ways to attract high-quality candidates in support of the company's recruitment goals.

• An attractive salary between € 2.400 and € 2.900 gross per month, depending on experience;

What do we expect from you as a talent sourcer?

We expect you to:

• Have gained experience in this or a similar position within recruitment or job placement;
• Have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
• Can work with programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Experience with LinkedIn and various job boards is a plus, but not a requirement.
