We are looking for a technical service employee or troubleshooting engineer who resolves malfunctions and performs preventive maintenance on our machinery. You optimize machines in electrical, mechanical engineering and measurement and control technology areas and share your knowledge with production employees. With your expertise you ensure an efficient and reliable production environment.
About this position
As a technical service employee or breakdown engineer, you are responsible for solving breakdowns and preventive maintenance of the machinery. You work on optimizing machines in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and measurement and control technology to ensure that they remain in optimal condition. This also includes the initial maintenance of rolling stock. You share your knowledge with production employees, so that they can solve or prevent simple malfunctions themselves in the future.
The most important tasks of a technical service employee or troubleshooting engineer are to optimize and maintain the electrical condition of the production equipment. This means that you resolve malfunctions, convert, set up and adjust machines, and overhaul and replace machine parts. You also prepare maintenance and renewals, periodically check specific machine parts, and locate and resolve malfunctions. You also carry out emergency repairs and adjust electrical circuits and PLC programs, communicating changes to the production and technical departments.
Your role is crucial for the continuous operation of the production processes. Through your expertise you ensure high availability of the machinery, so that production can continue efficiently and without unnecessary interruptions. You work closely with various departments to ensure that all machines and systems function optimally, and actively contribute to improving operational efficiency and reliability.
Your tasks include:
- Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of the machinery, including initial maintenance of rolling stock, to ensure that all equipment remains in optimal condition.
- Optimizing machines in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and measurement and control technology by troubleshooting, converting, setting, adjusting, overhauling and replacing machine parts.
- Preparing maintenance and renewals, checking specific machine parts, locating and solving malfunctions, carrying out emergency repairs, adjusting electrical circuits and PLC programs, and reporting changes to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the high availability of the machine park, improve operational efficiency and contribute to the continuous operation of the production processes.
