Your position

As an intermediary at FlexToday you are involved in a wide variety of activities related to the temporary employment and secondment of (international) industrial and technical personnel.

• You maintain contacts with current clients and candidates;
• Selects, interviews and screens new suitable candidates (also abroad) for clients;
• Expanding this network by searching and selecting candidates;
• Proactively introduces selected and possibly tested candidates to clients and prospects;
• Instructs placed candidates about, among other things, the work and any safety instructions;
• Arranges and organizes the various training courses for employees;
• Supports all weekly administrative processing;
• Maintaining and expanding social networks such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Google+.

Your profile

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• Passion for managing and expanding accounts;
• Perseverance, creative and proactive;
• Communicative, spontaneous, accurate and friendly;
• Representative;
• Experience in the temporary employment sector or with recruitment is an advantage;
• Experience with LinkedIn or online recruiting is a plus;
• Experience with Easyflex software is an advantage;
• Extensive experience with Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Preferably at least 3 years of (commercial) work experience;
• Very good command of the English language, spoken and written;
• In possession of driving license B.
