Logistics Team Leader Arnhem

For our client in the region Arnhem eo we are looking for a Logistics Team Leader.

The function

• As a team leader you are responsible for managing 30 to 35 permanent and flexible employees;
• Coaching and guiding a team;
• Conducting performance reviews and assessment interviews;
• You solve ad-hoc bottlenecks on the work floor and you are always looking for long-term improvements;
• Implementing process improvements;

Additional tasks may be imposed within the area of ​​the described responsibilities and/or result areas.

Our client is the largest international retailer in Health & Beauty in Asia and Europe, and has 15.000 stores and 12 retail brands worldwide.

• At least an MBO working and thinking level with experience in logistics;

• Willing to work in shifts;
• You are creative and have a hands-on mentality;
• Affinity with logistics and/or retail;
• You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• In possession of driving license B.
