Team leader in Wijchen

About this feature

Apply for the position of team leader / foreman Wijchen you will end up at a modern family business that specializes in fresh products. In this role you manage 10 packaging lines, consisting of 45 production employees and belt leaders, who are responsible for packaging the fresh products. It is your job to monitor the quality of these fresh products and ensure that this process runs correctly.

You will also identify improvements in the process and explore ways to implement these improvements. In situations where the production planner is absent, you take over production planning and ensure that everything runs smoothly. In addition, managing employees on various packaging lines plays a crucial role, supporting them when necessary.

Your tasks include:

• Manage 10 packaging lines and manage the staff;
• Analyzing the entire process and looking for ways to identify and implement improvements;
• Check whether the fresh products meet the required quality standards.

• Have experience in a managerial position;
• That you are flexible in working in a 2 or 3 shift system;
• Have gained experience with Lean Production;
• That you have a good command of the Dutch language.
