What will you do as a Corporate Recruiter?

As a Corporate Recruiter at FlexToday you are responsible for all internal vacancies and external vacancies at our (large) corporate customers! Inside FlexToday In your role you are a recruiter, marketer and project leader in one. You know better than anyone how to approach the recruitment process. You ensure that the correct qualitative and quantitative personnel needs are met in a timely manner.

The dynamic thing about this role is that in addition to filling vacancies, you can distinguish yourself by implementing improvements in various areas or building projects from the ground up. Think of Employer Branding, Job Marketing and Campus Recruitment. If you have the ambition and know how to carry out the above activities well, there is the opportunity to grow into a management role within FlexToday.

Other tasks and responsibilities you have as a Corporate Recruiter:

• Maintaining, developing and managing various external contacts such as training institutes, outplacement agencies, reintegration agencies, UWVs, vacancy banks, recruitment and selection agencies, employment agencies and network groups;
• Creating the annual recruitment plan containing all activities that should lead to attracting the right personnel and contributing to employer branding;
• Improving the current recruitment process by analyzing current processes and providing advice to management;
• Providing various periodic reports.

• You have an HBO diploma in Personnel and Labor or a similar education;
• Approximately 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Affinity with the industrial and/or logistics sector;
• You are a colleague and sparring partner focused on successful collaboration;
• You listen well, analyze sharply, present convincingly and communicate clearly and concretely, work independently, like to take responsibility, but also take initiative.
