Customer Service Representative Vlissingen

For the region Vlissingen we are looking for customer service representatives who can meet the client's needs, who are motivated, who have the passion to learn something.

Job description

As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for efficiently managing all administrative and logistical processes within your customer package. You are the point of contact for your own customers and ensure that everything regarding the storage and movement of goods runs smoothly. You plan orders, register them in our system and keep a clear overview of all carrier bookings and daily schedules.

You solve customer problems and complaints and answer questions about orders or delivery times, for example. You work closely with the Customer Service team, consisting of Front Office and Back Office Representatives, and you can always contact them for help. You mainly work day shifts, with the occasional evening shift.
