Complaints Policy FlexToday

At FlexToday we strive to work together professionally, transparently and respectfully with candidates, clients and colleagues. However, it can happen that something goes wrong or that you are dissatisfied with something. In that case, we find it important that you can report this and that your complaint or report is handled carefully.

What can you do in case of a complaint or problem?

1. Discuss it with your contact person first

In many cases, a complaint or misunderstanding can be resolved quickly by talking to your contact person at FlexToday. We will be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

2. If you can't figure it out, use our complaint form

If you are unable to find a solution together, you can use our complaint form. We handle complaints as quickly and carefully as possible. The complaint is registered and you will receive feedback on the next steps.

 

Report serious misconduct or integrity violations

FlexToday has a reporting procedure for situations in which there are suspicions of serious misconduct or integrity violations. This includes misconduct, fraud, theft or other undesirable practices.

You can make these reports confidentially via the reporting procedure. If necessary, this can also be done anonymously. The report will be investigated by an independent officer and you will receive (if possible) feedback on the outcome.

 

Report unwanted behavior to a confidential counselor

Are you experiencing unwanted behavior such as intimidation, sexually transgressive behavior or discrimination? Then you can contact a confidential counselor. They will listen to your story, think along with you and can help you further.
