Contributing Foreman Conservation

Are you an experienced industrial sprayer with leadership qualities? We are looking for a Working Foreman Conservation who will manage and coach the team in a 2-shift system, while actively participating in the conservation process of large structures.

About this position

As a Working Foreman Conservation, you are a key figure in giving color to large constructions. In this role, you coordinate the activities within the Conservation department and actively participate as an industrial sprayer or blaster. You are responsible for managing and coaching your team, while also supporting the line coordinator with operational tasks. In addition, you train and supervise new employees so that they can contribute to the team quickly and efficiently. You work in a 2-shift system: one week from 06:00 to 14:45 and the other week from 14:45 to 23:30.

We offer a working environment with an informal atmosphere and plenty of room for your own initiative. You can count on a market-conform salary, which is paid every four weeks, and a shift allowance for working in two shifts. In addition, we offer development and training opportunities, so that you can further develop yourself within the organization. You will receive 25 vacation days, 13 adv days, a pension scheme, and a travel allowance according to the CAO Metal and Technology.

For this position we are looking for someone with MBO work and thinking level, who has strong communication skills and is willing to work in two shifts. Proficiency in Dutch, German or English is required; knowledge of Polish is a plus. Management experience is desirable, as well as a flexible attitude and a proactive attitude. Your tasks include:

• Coordinating the work within the Conservation department, where you are responsible for efficiently organizing and supervising the work and managing your team.
• Actively participate as an industrial sprayer or blaster, where you are hands-on involved in coloring large constructions and ensure a high quality of the end result.
• Training and coaching new employees so that they can quickly and effectively contribute to the team and the work.
• Support the line coordinator in operational tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the department through your management experience and proactive attitude.

What do we offer you as a cooperating foreman?

As a cooperating foreman we offer you:

• An attractive monthly salary between €3.451 and €4.007,39 gross per month, including 16% shift allowance, depending on your work experience and knowledge;
• Every 4 weeks a surcharge of €182 for spraying/blasting;
• For each day worked you will receive €9,10 in fabric allowance;

What do we expect from you as a cooperating foreman?

We expect you to:

• Proficiency in Dutch, German or English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Polish is a plus;
• Flexibility and the ability to actively contribute ideas are highly valued;
• Practical experience or successful completion of a relevant study is required.
