We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Employee who will make the order process run smoothly and build strong relationships with customers. Are you communicative, accurate and available for an early shift including Sunday? Then you will fit perfectly in our team!

About this position

As a Customer Service Employee, you are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the order process. You process customer orders, check incoming deliveries for accuracy and ensure that everything is invoiced correctly. In addition, you are involved in answering questions, resolving complaints and providing customer-oriented reports. You work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate product availability and align daily planning.

In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships by responding to requests quickly and professionally. You'll liaise with various departments, such as Operations and Inventory, to investigate inventory discrepancies or resolve urgent requests. You'll maintain accurate administrative processes to ensure everything is well-documented and easily retrievable.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a structured approach, and who enjoys variety. You'll join a dynamic environment where collaboration, customer satisfaction, and accuracy are paramount. With a starting salary between €16 and €19 per hour (depending on experience) and opportunities for growth within a stable organization, this is an excellent step for anyone looking to build a career in customer service.

Your tasks include:

  • Processing customer orders, checking incoming deliveries and ensuring correct invoicing.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and providing reports that meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Warehouse and Inventory to investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve rush requests efficiently.
  • Maintaining administrative processes and ensuring that all customer and order information is recorded correctly and completely.

What do we offer you as a Customer Service Employee?

As a customer service employee we offer you:

  • An attractive gross monthly salary between € 2.773,28 and € 3.699,07, depending on your knowledge and experience;
  • You work in the day shift, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:30, from Tuesday to Saturday. On Saturday you work from about 08:00 to 12:00 or 13:00, but you are still paid for 8 hours.
