About this position

As a forklift driver Rotterdam You're responsible for the safe and accurate loading and unloading of goods within a dynamic logistics environment. You ensure that incoming and outgoing products are moved and stored correctly, ensuring the smooth running of the logistics process. With your experience behind the wheel of a forklift, you know how to work efficiently, even at high speeds. Safety is always paramount, as you understand better than anyone how important it is to handle goods and equipment with care.

In addition to driving the forklift, you'll also play a role in the administrative side of the process. After goods are received or moved, you'll correctly register them in the system to ensure everything is recorded correctly. You'll work closely with colleagues to provide optimal customer service and ensure the quality of work remains consistently high. Together, you'll form a close-knit team that supports each other to ensure daily work runs efficiently and smoothly.

This role also offers opportunities for further development. Training courses allow you to expand your knowledge and explore other aspects of the logistics process. Your tasks include:

• You ensure the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods with the forklift every day, so that the logistics process runs smoothly.
• In addition, you accurately register movements and deliveries in the system, so that all administrative data is kept correctly.
• You work together with colleagues to meet the schedule and ensure high quality of service, with safety always as a priority.
• You also contribute to process improvements and contribute to a neat, organized and safe working environment.

• An attractive salary between €2.900 and €3.200 gross per month, depending on your experience;

What do we expect from you as a forklift driver?

We expect you to:

• Have experience driving a forklift or hold a valid forklift certificate;
• You have completed at least a level 2 or 3 vocational education, preferably in the field of logistics;
• You can work independently, but also work well with colleagues;
• Have some technical product knowledge or would like to learn more about it.
