Repair technician

We are looking for a Repair Technician for our Service & Support team who is responsible for performing various repairs and maintenance on large structures. With your strong technical background and problem-solving skills, you will analyze malfunctions, replace parts, and ensure the safety and reliability of our large structures.

About this position

As a Repair Technician, you are part of the Service & Support team and are responsible for carrying out various repair activities on large structures. You analyse faults and dismantle large structures, in whole or in part, to replace defective or worn parts. In addition, you repair damage and carry out periodic maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of the large structures. This includes checking and replacing brakes, controls, lighting and fluids. You carry out thorough inspections to evaluate the technical condition of large structures used, both visually and functionally.

In your role, you must be able to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems. This requires a strong technical background and the ability to solve complex problems quickly and effectively. You have the opportunity to grow into an all-round repair technician, where you can independently perform maintenance on site at customers and participate in breakdown services.

Your tasks include:

• Carrying out a variety of repair work on large structures, including fault analysis and dismantling of large structures to replace defective or worn parts.
• Repairing damage and performing periodic maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of major structures, such as checking and replacing brakes, controls, lights and fluids.
• Carrying out thorough inspections, both visual and functional, to evaluate the technical condition of major structures in use and ensure that they meet the required standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, solving complex problems quickly and effectively and applying a strong technical background.

• An attractive monthly salary between € 2.780,21 and € 3.191 gross per month, depending on your work experience and knowledge;

What do we expect from you as a repair technician?

We expect you to:

• You have at least an MBO diploma in a technical field, such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or Agricultural Mechanization;
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy tinkering;
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems is required; willingness to undergo additional training is also welcome;
• You can quickly identify and effectively resolve technical issues;
• Experience with welding is a plus; certification is desired, but willingness to obtain this is also appreciated.
