About this position

As Team Lead Logistics you are responsible for leading a team within the warehouse operation. You coordinate the daily activities in the warehouse, monitor progress and ensure that loading and unloading activities run smoothly and safely. In this role you are the link between the operation and management and you know better than anyone how to motivate and guide colleagues to get the best out of themselves.

You are continuously optimizing processes and solving bottlenecks in planning or execution. In doing so, you always keep quality, safety and customer expectations in mind. Whether it concerns improving the division of work, signaling deviations or securing work instructions - you keep the overview and ensure a smooth transfer to the next shift. Working in a cold environment and a four-shift system does not scare you, it is part of the dynamics of the logistics world in which you feel at home.

Your tasks include:

• Managing and supervising the team in the warehouse, ensuring efficient division of work and safe execution of loading and unloading activities.
• Monitoring daily progress and resolving bottlenecks in planning or execution, so that the logistics process continues to run smoothly.
• Improving working methods and monitoring compliance with work instructions, with an eye for quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for a clear and complete team handover, ensuring that subsequent teams can get to work with the right information.

• An attractive gross monthly salary between €3.400 and €3.600, excluding shift allowance, depending on your knowledge and experience;
