FlexToday We highly value transparency in our working methods. We're happy to explain the agreements included in the contract, so you know exactly what to expect.
Your official employer
Although you will be working for one of our clients, you will be employed by FlexTodayWe ensure your salary is always paid on time, and you can contact us with questions about your contract, salary, and sick leave. The client you'll be working for is called the hiring company, and you can find this information on your contract.
All important appointments
The employment contract details all the important agreements we make. For example, you'll find the start date, your position, and the number of hours you'll work. It also includes working hours, work location, and, of course, your salary. It also includes agreements about any probationary period and notice period.
The collective labor agreement and phase system
At FlexToday We operate under the Collective Labor Agreement for Temporary Agency Workers (ABU CLA). This agreement contains all the rules and rights that apply to you as a temporary worker. For example, the CLA also covers agreements on vacation days, wage payments, and pensions. The CLA also includes a phased system, meaning you accrue more rights the longer you work for us.
Your pension plan
Your retirement may sound far off, but of course it is important to build up a pension. If you FlexToday If you work, you'll build up your pension through the StiPP Plus plan. We pay the majority of your premium. Your contribution is automatically deducted from your salary, so you don't have to worry about it. You'll receive an annual statement detailing your pension accrual.
What happens when you are sick?
Of course, it's possible that you might be sick and therefore unable to come to work. In that case, it's important to notify both us and your client in advance before your shift begins. We also ask that you keep us informed by letting us know before 3:00 PM whether you'll be able to work the next day.
The first day of illness is a waiting day, during which you will not receive pay. From the second day of illness, you will receive 90% of your salary based on the average hours you have worked over the past thirteen weeks. If you are ill for an extended period, we will work with you to develop a suitable reintegration plan.
Information about payments
At FlexToday We offer you the choice of being paid weekly or every four weeks. We always transfer your wages on a Tuesday. Your payslip shows exactly how much you'll receive and what it consists of. It also includes your pension contribution.
What information do we need from you?
When drafting your contract, we also need some information from you. For example, we'll ask for a copy of your bank card and your ID or passport. We'll handle your information with care, of course. We'll send you a link where you can securely submit your information. Once we have this information, we can draft the contract.
Finally: your signature
Before the contract is valid, both parties must sign. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about its contents. If everything is clear and you agree with the terms, you can sign the agreement digitally. After that, you can start with a good feeling!
